Dr. Foroutan received her Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from University of California, San Diego. In 1999, she completed her dental education at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. She completed a one-year post-doctoral program in General Practice Residency at Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, with a subsequent second year General Practice Residency at Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. She has many years of private practice experience. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, as well as San Diego County Dental Society. Dr. Foroutan achieved her fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. She is a general dentist, providing all aspects of family and cosmetic dentistry. Every patient is a special patient to Dr. Foroutan. She believes that the key to success in our profession is having enthusiasm and commitment to excellence.

Dr. Tarighati received his Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biological Sciences from California State University, Hayward. In 1996, he completed his dental education at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. He completed a one-year post-doctoral education in General Practice Residency at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Subsequently, he completed an additional one-year of teaching fellowship in Geriatric Dentistry in Boston, Massachusetts. He has also completed a second year General Practice Residency at Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. He has many years of private practice experience. He is currently a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, as well as San Diego County Dental Society. Dr. Tarighati achieved his fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. He is a highly motivated, quality oriented, and caring general dentist with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards total patient care, young and old, and encourages good oral health.
